Instructions for Installing Deltapath Talk into Google Chrome

To ensure the integration is successful, consult your IT Administrator to obtain the URL format for the web applications you want to integrate. Follow the steps below:
      1. Install Deltapath Talk for Browser from the Chrome Web Store.
      2. In Zendesk, click Settings in the left sidebar.
      3. Sign in to Deltapath Talk.  The Deltapath Talk icon appears in the top-right corner of Chrome after installation.
      4. Click the icon and sign into your Deltapath UC account. If you don’t know the server address, consult your IT Administrator.
      5. Click the Settings icon in Deltapath Talk to configure URLs for the following events:
        On New Incoming Calls:
        This is the URL to call when there is an incoming call. Usually, this is the URL of your business application that looks up a customer based on a phone number.
        On Incoming Calls Answered: (Optional) This is the URL to call once you have answered the call.  This is usually a URL to the webhook of your business application that documents that you have answered a call with the caller ID information. This is useful if your business application can record  this event  into the customer interaction history.

        On Outgoing Calls Answered: (Optional) This is the URL to call when you use click to dial to initiate an outgoing call and the call is answered. This is useful if your business application can record the event into the customer interaction history.

      6. Set your preferences:                                                                                                                                                                                                  Show Notification for Incoming Call: Enable to receive browser notifications for incoming calls.                                                                        Auto Login on Brower Startup: Ensure auto login is ON to automatically log into your Deltapath UC server when the browser opens.
